Pardalote Studio Terms of Service
These terms apply when you install or use an app or add-on published by Pardalote Studio, a business name of Corellr Pty Ltd, ABN 29 702 685 005 (“Pardalote Studio”, “we”), including Swimming Club Manager. By installing or using it, you agree to them.
1. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the add-on for your organisation’s own activities. The software, its design and its content remain the property of Corellr Pty Ltd.
2. What you may not do
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the add-on, or use it to build a competing product, except as Australian law allows.
3. Your data and responsibilities
Your spreadsheet and its contents belong to you. You are responsible for the information you enter, for having permission to record it (including for members under 18), and for checking results before relying on them. Keep your own backups; Google’s version history is a good start.
4. Price
The add-on is currently free. If we introduce paid features we will give notice before any charge applies.
5. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the add-on. It depends on Google’s services, which we do not control, and may occasionally be unavailable.
6. No warranty
The add-on is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pardalote Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, and our total liability is limited to resupplying the service or the amount you paid for it in the previous 12 months (if any).
8. Ending use
You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend use that breaches these terms.
9. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
