Pardalote Studio Privacy Policy
This policy covers the apps and add-ons published by Pardalote Studio, a business name of Corellr Pty Ltd, ABN 29 702 685 005 (“Pardalote Studio”, “we”), including Swimming Club Manager. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.
The short version
Your club’s information stays in your own Google account. Our add-ons work inside the spreadsheet you open them in. We do not collect, receive, store, sell or share your club’s data.

The information in your spreadsheet – for example swimmers’ names, dates of birth, gender, contact details and race times – is entered and controlled by your club. The add-on processes it only to provide the features you use, and it runs on Google’s systems under your Google account. Pardalote Studio has no access to it.
Settings and an uploaded club logo are stored inside your spreadsheet. Race-sheet PDFs are saved in your own Google Drive.
Error reports
If the add-on hits an error, a technical record (such as which feature failed and the error message) may be stored in Google Cloud logs that Pardalote Studio can view. These records hold no personal information: no swimmers’ names or details, no contact details, and nothing from your spreadsheet. We use them only to fix problems, and they are deleted after 30 days.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Pardalote Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we don’t do
No advertising, no tracking or analytics inside the add-ons, no selling or sharing of data, and no use of your data to train AI models.
This website
pardalotestudio.com.au uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. The site sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party fonts or scripts.
Your club’s responsibilities
Your club decides what member information to record and is responsible for having permission to keep it, including for members under 18.
If you contact us
If you email us or use a contact form, we use your name, email and message only to reply and help you, and keep them for as long as needed for that.
Removing your data
Uninstall the add-on from Extensions › Add-ons › Manage add-ons. Your spreadsheet and PDFs remain yours to keep or delete. You can remove the add-on’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We will post any changes here with a new “last updated” date.
